First let’s start with the company…Youngevity is a MLM (multi-level marketing) company located in Chula Vista, California, USA. It was founded in1991 and has been providing ground-breaking health products to many satisfied consumers.

It’s founder, Nobel Prize Nominee Doctor and Author of over 75 millions books and CDs sold, including the popular Dead Doctors Don’t Lie, Dr Joel Wallach’s vision was and iss to bring truthful and appropriate health information to the world by bringing advanced essential and beneficial nutritional products. Essentially, his goal is to become the home depot for individuals’ health. Youngevity is the only MLM Company to have received an authorized health approval through the FDA for cancer reduction benefits.

So what about the products; the products include personal care and nutrition, household and pet care produce. These products are leading products that make a scientific difference in the biology make up of the human body. They recently introduced a Tru Chocolate line that rivals many health products in the industry, and that is with a chocolate product. If you wanted to join the company you could do so in two ways, as a preferred customer and also as an associate.

The preferred customer fee to join is complimentary and you are able to get your products at a reduced price. If you become an associate there is a $10 fee and you will receive products at the wholesale pricing. As an associate you also receive the benefit to refer products to people, market products as a distributor and earn money.

As far as the opportunity to earn income, you can sell the products through various means. The company’s free training will help you do this. You could market the products online if you set up your own website or you could use the website Youngevity provides all associates. If you want a basic website from Youngevity, it is free; and if you would like a premier site it only costs $16.96 monthly which gives you online tools and a business e-mail address.

Ideally you want build a team around you, an organization within an organization (if you will) and promote the business by recruiting other entrepreneurs to partner with you as associates to earn more and create larger volume.

How do you earn income? It’s through Youngevity’s pretty generous compensation plan. The compensation plan is quite detailed so below is a brief overview. The starting level is a junior associate. You must have at least 50PBV (Personal Business Volume) during a calendar month. This means you should have at least $50 bucks of products purchased by you personally. Benefits are you can earn commission on your group volume through 2 levels.

As an Associate: you must have at least 100PBV during calendar month. Benefits are you earn commission on your Group Volume through 3 levels, eligible to earn quick start bonus, and eligible to earn 3%-10% Personal Purchase Rebate (yes off of your own purchase).

Managing Associate: Must have 150PBV during a calendar month. Must have 3 active Junior Associates (or above) on 1st level, must have a total of 900 Group Volume in first 2 levels. Benefits are you can earn bonus commission on your Group Volume through 5 levels, you also have the eligible to earn Quick Start Bonus, eligible to earn 3%-10% Personal Purchase Rebate (other option for Managing Associate: 300PBV each calendar month, 3 active associates(or above) on 1st level with all the benefits above).

The other levels are Diamond Associate, Double Diamond leader. These levels have many more benefits such as profit sharing, and IPO the company just announced it will be going public soon.

If you have no business experience but would like to help people improve their health and earn a solid income, there is training. There are various trainings, which include the people or person who introduced you to the company (people who sponsor(ed) you) and various sources online.

You will need to be able to promote your products at the end of the day. In the age of internet marketing, you could make a solid income, so online marketing is a must for you. Perhaps you don’t want to go online there are multiple off line methods and resources available.
